Shipping zones and rates

She Shine works with Correos and SEUR for shipping within Spain, and with Packlink PRO (which manages various European carriers) for the rest of Europe.

The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically before checkout, based on the weight and number of items in your order.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: we do not currently ship to these destinations. As they fall outside the EU customs territory, they require duty and tax handling that isn't set up yet.

Free shipping

On orders of €35 or more shipped to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, shipping is free. For the rest of Europe, the cost is calculated based on order weight and always shown before you confirm your purchase.

Preparation and delivery times

- Ready-to-ship products: prepared within 24–48 hours.
- Personalized or made-to-order products: add 2–3 business days of preparation before shipping.

This time is in addition to the carrier's transit time, which varies by destination. Each product page indicates whether it's "ready to ship" or "made to order."

As soon as your order leaves the workshop, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.
